It was nice to see some of your family’s history . I remember your dad well . He caught myself and one other one night soaping his front windows on Halloween ,making us clean them. Never did that again . It is so great to have a family history to fall back on and leave for generations to come.I to have fond memories of Portland.
Photo 9/10 was taken at my grandparent’s former home 2 miles north of Portland on Hwy 15. The fellow 2nd from the left could be my grandfather, John C. Lyons.
I am trying to identify Mr. Polk who lived in the Portland area and was an artist, as well as a building innspector.
