Taking Pride in Portland
The Volunteers of Portland are engaged in the community; shaping the future through participation today.
Community projects are physical features that add new functionality or enhance the function of existing facilities, such as flower beds, planter boxes, park benches, or other items such as the Admiral Kingsmill flagpole at Hanna Park.
New planters were required to replace the older and tiring box planters with a new design to add a refreshing look to strategic locations around the village.
